New York Kind of New

So after not updating for a while. It is official - I live in New York City. Definitely something that I've always wanted to experience, and here I am, sitting on my bed, in my own apartment, after a crazy New Years Eve, finally writing this post. The cold weather is crazy, it is bone freezing. Sometimes I feel like the whole styling and outfit issue doesn't matter anymore, as long as you could stay a little bit warmer. For an Israeli girl like me, this climate is way out of line. Now, as far as what I've seen most of the people here wear black during the winter, which I absolutely love, it is my favorite color after all, it looks so good and so diverse in a weird way. To be honest, it took me a while but now that I'm settled and I have time to go through over some of the things I need and want, there are so many stuff I want and need to add to my wardrobe this winter, it's intense. My current wish list is all about essentials I need this season and actually will be for use even after for the upcoming months, of course, black. And yet, New York, FIT, winter (which is not bearable at all), and all black. I love it. Happy New Year!
