I almost feel like the biggest couch potato in the city. The amount of people, especially women if I may add, walking around the streets with yoga mattresses in their bags, in addition to the fact that it gets to 12 degrees below zero pretty occasionally here, I find it pretty intense. What's going on in this city? I seriously started considering it myself, taking yoga classes, even though I really hate any kind of physical exercise.
I believe that this is definitely one of the most popular physical workouts in NYC, it is so common that I found myself talking about yoga with people in bars. It is so ridiculous to me, that I even found this super cool shirt on OUTNET the other day, it's a Stella McCartney for Adidas yoga shirt. Well, besides the matter that it's a really nice daily top, the fact that it's an actual yoga shirt, I've got to have it!(..) Or maybe I'll just buy it because it's pretty and cheap (45% off original price).
I might consider it more seriously when the temperatures will rise above freezing point, because to be honest, I can't see myself walking outside of my warm apartment other than attending work or school. Distinctively not for a 45 minute yoga session, I can workout in my bed just fine, so let me update you when spring decides to show up if I have any decisions regarding joining the herd.
