Italy is one of my favorite places in Europe, there are many reasons for that matter.
First of all is the Italian Kitchen, which I cant escape from - I love food and everything that comes with it, the wine, the coffee, the tiny Trattoria's scattered all over the place; everything it so good in this country it's unbelievable, thank god I don't live here since I might as well just look like a balloon. Another thing which is one of the best reasons is the Italian fashion, absolutely to die for- I couldn't afford myself keeping my wallet away. While walking around the streets of Rome searching for a Prada sunglasses I stumble upon a gigantic optic store and something there called my name- after trying those Prada shades in the 7 million time I decided I don't like them that much to spend this amount of money, and then I decided to take a risk and try the new Miu Miu "Rasoir" sunglasses- they are extremely beautiful and super non-mainstream, at first when I saw the catalog in the Internet I thought that they were bizarre but as soon as I tried them on I fell in love immediately!
the following day we went to Florence and this city is beautiful in a way I can't even describe, much more pleasant than Rome if you ask me. Anyway while walking to the big Doumo I located "Celeste Vintage store" and I was amazed by the beautiful items she had and their 'no freaking way' prices.. A beautiful Burberry yellow leather coat in 140 Euros or Prada shoes in 50 Euros- it was heaven, just like that. my winner was an exquisite blue navy suede Gucci oversized jacket in 150 Euros, I just had to have it. A Gucci jacket in that price? it was insane. RIP dear wallet.
What can I say? fashion and Italia go along together perfectly and as much as I love it! maybe My wallet and I should stay away for a while. cheers.
